Delivery and delivery charges

We deliver bed and mattress orders free in Shropshire.  Any delivery charges will be   discussed and agreed with yourself at the initial stage of ordering.

Methods of payment

We accept all major credit cards, visa, mastercard, switch/maestro, delta and payment can be made via the telephone by calling 01743 351611 between the hours of 9.30 am and 5.30 pm (Mon/Tues/Weds/Fri/Sat) and 9.30 am – 2.00 pm (Thurs).

Returns procedure

Should you need to return an item please contact us beforehand by either email on info@countysleepshop.co.uk or on 01743 351611 between the times stated above.  All items brought back to shop must be accompanied by their original packaging and proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General terms

Whilst every effort is made to ensure product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, occasionally some products may differ slightly from those illustrated due to amendments made by the manufacturers.

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
